Anyone who knows me knows that I am not a doodling hearts on everything kind of romantic. They know that I love my couples, and my job and everything that goes into it, but a blubbering romantic is just not it. Which is why when I say that Kait & Justin's September wedding was absolutely magic you have to know there was actual magic in the air. In the weeks leading up to the wedding Kait called me in a panic saying "Amy, I don't know what to do, everyone is coming to the wedding and I'm not sure if we fit in the venue anymore" We tried EVERYTHING - swapping long tables for round, cross back chairs for chivari, nixing chargers EVERYTHING. And with 97% of the guests invited coming there was nothing to do but to get a tent! Which is precisely what we did 10 days before the wedding. A huge thank you to Abbey Tent for coming in at the last minute and getting us a simply beautiful tent for Kait & Justin.

A 97% accepting rate is huge. Going into the wedding I thought how crazy it was that almost every single person invited to their wedding is able to attend as the typical rule of thumb is 15-20% decline. When the day of the wedding came, and seeing Kait and Justin's simply wonderful bridal party, their over joyous parents and families and their friends that were just an extension of their family I realized quickly it was no coincidence or fluke that 97% of the people invited wouldn't even consider to miss this wedding. I don't think I have ever been surrounded by so much love ever, it was incredible.

The day was sublime. The weather was perfect, the sun was warm but not hot, the decor was simple and so beautifully reflecting of the couple, they literally decorated with love. And their guests reveled in the delicious food by Emily's Catering, the swanky beats The Loyales, and some absolutely stunning floral arraignments by Coco Rosie.
