Theme: Earth Elements

Goals: Annual Black Tie Gala & Promote new Hospital Wellness Building

Fun Features:

• History and future of Griffin Hospital light show on rock face

• Within transition of the tent, four water features and two fire features were installed to promote Haynes Construction & the Earth Element

• A real stone wall served as the backdrop for the band within the dinner tent

• Starry night sky installation and trees throughout to encompass earth elements theme

Challenges:

• Guest count increased from 400 to 560 two weeks prior to the event

• ACE team devised a plan to flip the cocktail hour space to the dance area allowing another 20 guest tables

• Challenging weather required the reinstallation of the sub floor causing timeline set backs during the week long load in

Outcome: Total, buzzworthy success
