Goals:

promote Buzz for upcoming construction on a multi-use shopping, hotel, bar & Restaurant and Casino

Challenges:

Construction Site location for the party created harsh conditions for an event with wind
Up and coming neighborhood required 24/7 security over the three days of installation

Fun Features:

Live Lobster Station for the freshest lobster preparation
Live crabs crawled around in the crab trap coffee tables
The steel drum band for cocktail hour was followed by a performance by a national Jimmy Buffet Cover Band
Custom Steelepointe Harbor boat blankets served as the branded giveaway

Outcome: A fun, casual, but delicious promotional event
